MONSTER is a revelatory theatrical experience which peels back the layers of humanity to reveal what's at the core of human experience. The multi-character format intertwines 16 diverse characters surrounding a vengeful, blood-curdling, torturous murder. MONSTER shatters the 4th wall, engages the audience and ultimately demands they confront their fundamental beliefs.

Stanley Bahorek Leads Cast Of 5th Avenue Theatre's CANDIDE 5/25-6/13

The 5th Avenue Theatre has announced the cast for our upcoming production of Leonard Bernstein's Candide, directed by the 5th's Executive Producer and Artistic Director David Armstrong. Starring in the title role is New York actor Stanley Bahorek, who's performed in the national tour of Big River and on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

The Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway announce the co-hosts of this year's Ceremony, stars of stage and screen, Bebe Neuwirth and Bryan Batt. The Awards reception will be held on May 2, 2010 at 6 PM EST with the Ceremony beginning at 8 PM EST.

Actors Studio at Pace University Presents 2010 Repertory Season Through 5/1

This year's 31 Master of Fine Arts (MFA) candidates of the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University have lived throughout the world (six countries, 19 states and two Caribbean islands). They've played professional tennis, recited slam poetry, and pirouetted in a tutu, as well as acted classically, comedically and experimentally. But all have chosen to spend the last three years in New York City, two express subway stops from Broadway, following their dream and refining their craft as actors, directors or playwrights in the only Masters' theater program endorsed by the renowned Actors Studio.

The Peccadillo Theater Company will hold its annual benefit, in support of its upcoming production of Lillian Hellman's Another Part of the Forest, on Monday evening , April 12th at 6:30PM at the historic Players Club located at 16 Gramercy Park South. This year, Peccadillo will be honoring TONY and Academy Award-winning actor, Patricia Neal, with Peccadillo's Legends of the American Theater Award. Ms. Neal won the first-ever TONY Award for her performance as 'Regina Hubbard' in Lillian Hellman's Another Part of the Forest (1946), the rarely seen prequel to The Little Foxes.

Bebe Neuwirth, currently starring on as Morticia in Broadway's soon-to-open The Addams Family, will be Master of Ceremonies for the Broadway Association's Annual Award Luncheon. The event will take place on Thursday, March 25 at the Marriott Marquis. Honorees include: The Actors Fund, Dennis Swanson, and Richard Basini.
