This November, after five years of ongoing renovations, the popular Upper West Side performance space the Triad Theater (158 West 72nd Street) will officially re-launch as STAGE 72 as a part of the New York Comedy Festival, which will include performances and appearances by Susie Essman, David Steinberg, Meredith Vieira, two special editions of Celebrity Autobiography featuring Janeane Garofalo, Tony Danza, Mario Cantone, Oscar-nominee Jennifer Tilly, SNL alum Rachel Dratch, and more.
On Sunday, October 14, 2012, ACME Comedy Theatre hosted the live comedy show Celebrity Autobiography. Audiences experienced a variety of jaw-dropping vignettes inspired and torn straight from the pages of the most unforgettable tell-alls and more. The cast of the October 14 performance included Roger Bart, Colin Hanks, Florence Henderson , Laraine Newman, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Michael Urie, and Rita Wilson.

Scott Adsit, Chris Bauer, Edie Falco, Dayle Reyfel, and Kyra Sedgwick all starred in a benefit staged reading of Drama Desk Award winner and Emmy nominee Eugene Pack's new comedy, Columbus and Amsterdam, on August 17 at 8pm at East Hampton's Guild Hall. The evening benefited Guild Hall and The Felix Organization/Adoptees For Children whose mission is to enrich the lives of children growing up in the foster care system.
