Marie Antoinette ExtendedThru 9/4 at Performance Network

Due to great responses from both critics and audiences, Performance Network Theatre will extend its production of the romantic historical fiction 'Marie Antoinette: The Color of Flesh' by Joel Gross. This production will now run through September 4.

DEAD GUY, THIS WONDERFUL LIFE, UNDERSTUDY et al. Set for Williamston Theatre Season

The Williamston Theater, mid-Michigan's award winning professional theatre company located at 122 S. Putnam in downtown Williamston, kicks off its 2011-2012 Season in September. This season will have two World Premieres along with some familiar faces in familiar roles. The season will include: The Dead Guy by Eric Coble, This Wonderful Life by Steve Murray, the World Premiere of Dead Man's Shoes by Michigan playwright Joseph Zettelmaier, the World Premiere of The Usual: A Musical Love Story by Alan Gordon and Mark Sutton-Smith, The Understudy by Theresa Rebeck and Red, White and Tuna by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard.

Performance Network Theatre Presents NEXT FALL, Closes 7/3

Performance Network Theatre announces that 'Next Fall' by Geoffrey Nauffts will close on July 3. This smart and heartfelt drama received massive critical acclaim in New York, both off and on-Broadway, and garnered Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards Best Play nominations. The production is directed by Ray Schultz, who helmed Performance Network's smash hit, 'The Little Dog Laughed.'

Auditions will be held at Performance Network Theatre in Ann Arbor, MI on Sunday, May 1, 2011 and at Williamston Theatre in Williamston, MI on Monday, May 2, 2011.

Performance Network Theatre is proud to announce it's spring production, 'Circle Mirror Transformation.' This smart and moving comedy, by Annie Baker, will begin previewing on April 21 and run through May 22, 2011. 'Circle Mirror Transformation' is directed by John Seibert, who has previously directed Performance Network's award winning production of 'Doubt' as well as the existential classic, 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.'
