Gerard Alessandrini's Forbidden Broadway will play its final performance on January 15th, 2009, the 27th anniversary of the show's debut at Palsson's Supper Club in 1982. Gerard Alessandrini's new edition, FORBIDDEN BROADWAY GOES TO REHAB will open on Wednesday, September 17th at the 47th Street Theatre (304 West 47th Street). The show is now in previews. This edition is dedicated to the memory of the legendary Alvin Colt, who designed the show's costumes for 15 years.
