2017 Obie Award-Winning ICE FACTORY FESTIVAL Comes to New Ohio Theatre

Artistic Director Robert Lyons proudly presents the 24th annual Obie Award-winning Ice Factory Festival. Ice Factory 2017 takes place at New Ohio Theatre, located at 154 Christopher Street between Greenwich and Washington Streets in New York City. Ice Factory 2017 will present seven new works over seven weeks, running June 28 - August 12.

COST OF LIVING Begins Performances Tonight at MTC's Stage I

Manhattan Theatre Club's New York premiere of Cost of Living, the new play by Martyna Majok (Ironbound, Mouse in a Jar), directed by Jo Bonney (Father Comes Home from the Wars; By the Way, Meet Vera Stark), begins performances tonight, Tuesday May 16, at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street).

Natalie Dormer and David Oakes Star In VENUS IN FUR at Theatre Royal Haymarket

TRH Productions will present Natalie Dormer and David Oakes in the West End premiere of David Ives' hit Broadway play Venus in Fur this autumn for a strictly limited nine week engagement at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. This critically-acclaimed two-hander will run from 6 October to 9 December with opening night for press on 17 October.

Maine Playwright Featured at Aqua City Actors Theatre

Aqua City Actors Theatre announces that Maine playwright Carolyn Gage's 'The Poorly-Written Play Festival' will be featured in No Reservations, a program of one-acts to be presented on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 7 at 2:00 p.m.

BWW Review: 2017 REP LAB EMERGES for Company's Ongoing Success

In the seventh presentation of the popular Rep Lab, the short-play festival features the company's Emerging Professional Residents (EPR) in acting, directing and technical theater to showcase their talent. This year, nine one act play along with a devised play written by the Emerging Professionals appeared in the Stiemke Studio for an intriguing evening of theater. Eight actors, seven directors, and four designers comprise the EPR team. Long Beach Playhouse Announces 2017 Studio Season

On April 29 Long Beach Playhouse Studio Theatre opens its 2017 season. Opened in 1963, the upstairs space has become the Playhouse counterpoint to the more traditional offerings on the Mainstage. The Studio's proscenium stage in the 98-seat theatre feels intimate and inviting. Although a smaller theatre than the Mainstage there is no less attention given to the quality of its productions.

Yale Rep Concludes 50th Anniversary Season with World Premiere of MARY JANE

Yale Repertory Theatre (James Bundy, Artistic Director; Victoria Nolan, Managing Director) concludes its 50th Anniversary Season with the world premiere of MARY JANE by Amy Herzog, directed by Anne Kauffman, April 28 through May 20 at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street). Opening Night is Friday, May 5.
