This is the third play McNally has written about opera, mixing both historical facts and imagined interactions. While the play lasts almost the length of the opera itself it does not feel tedious but rather allows the audience to truly understand Bellini's emotional state.

Volume 1 entered the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart at #4 in its debut week, and Volume 2 debuted at #3. Both volumes continue to be in the top 20 best selling albums this week. GLEE is selling extremely well in digital sales as well: over 4 million songs from GLEE have been downloaded - and that's just since last May.
