Rattlestick Playwrights Theater continues its 16th season with the world premiere of There Are No More Big Secrets written by Obie Award-winner Heidi Schreck and directed by Kip Fagan.

InProximity Theatre Company is proud to announce that Dorothy Lyman will be directing the upcoming production of SIGHT UNSEEN by Donald Margulies (Time Stands Still, Collected Stories, Brooklyn Boy, Dinner With Friends, God of Vengeance, Pitching to the Star, Nocturne, Luna Park, Found a Peanut, The Loman Family Picnic). The show will feature Laurie Schaefer, Jonathan Todd Ross, Brent Vimtrup, and Bryn Boice. Designers include James J. Fenton (scenic), Lisa Soverino (Lighting), Court Watson (Costumes), and Jeremy Lee (sound). The Production Stage Manager is Jasmin Sanchez.

Court Theatre opens its 56th season with William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, directed by Sean Graney. The production will run September 16 - October 17, 2010 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue. Press opening is Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 8:00PM.

American Theater Company (ATC) opens its 26th season with David Mamet's Oleanna and Speed-the-Plow in repertory for the first time ever. The productions are directed by Steppenwolf ensemble member Rick Snyder and will run at American Theater Company, 1909 W Byron St, Chicago. Press opening for Speed-the-Plow and Oleanna is Monday, September 20 at 6:00PM and 9:00PM, respectively.

A Red Orchid Theatre opens its 2010-2011 season with LOUIS SLOTIN SONATA, written by Paul Mullin and directed by Ensemble Member Karen Kessler. The production will run September 10 - October 24, 2010 at A Red Orchid Theatre, 1531 N. Wells Ave, Chicago. Previews will cost $15. A regular run will cost $25 on Thursdays and $30 Friday to Sunday.
