Coming up this week, 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond:

Original KINKY BOOTS cast member and two-time Tony nominee Stark Sands gives his final performance in the Cyndi Lauper, Harvey Fierstein, and Jerry Mitchell's Broadway hit, today, Jan. 26. Sands will be suceeded by Andy Kelso as 'Charlie Price' on Jan. 28.

Overcash & Change 2, an evening featuring the work of musical theatre composer Drew Overcash will be presented Feb. 24 at The Highline Ballroom.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Niko Tsakalakos in The First Snow Record Release Show on January 31 at 11pm. Come celebrate award-winning singer/songwriter Niko Tsakalakos' first live performance marking his debut solo album, The First Snow. Brian Usifer (Music Director, Kinky Boots; Associate Music Supervisor The Book of Mormon) helms a 7 piece band comprised of players from the Kinky Boots orchestra. The concert will also feature special guest artists who will sing some of Niko's original stand-alone theatre songs as well as songs from his new musicals Alexander Supertramp and Pool Boy. D.B. Bonds directs.

Broadway veterans James Moye and Victor Hawks will team with Tony nominee Annaleigh Ashford (Kinky Boots) and other top Broadway performers at the annual New Year's Eve extravaganza at Tony's DiNapoli at Times Square tonight.

Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig have announced new leads for their smash hit musical Kinky Boots; Andy Kelso, who currently plays 'Harry', will take over the role of 'Charlie Price' on January 28, 2014 following Stark Sands' January 26 departure. Jeanna de Waal will join the cast as 'Lauren,' beginning March 4, 2014 (replacing Annaleigh Ashford, who leaves to join the cast of Showtime's 'Masters of Sex'), and Jake Odmark joins the ensemble in the roles previously played by Andy Kelso. As previously announced, Billy Porter, this year's Tony Award-winner for Best Actor in a Musical, will remain with Kinky Boots.

Singing traditional and original holiday songs, this annual holiday music CD benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA), one of the nation's leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations. Billy Porter, this year's Tony Award-winner for Best Actor in a Musical, has extended his contract in Kinky Boots, producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today; Porter will remain with the show at least through July 2014. They also announced that Natalie Joy Johnson (Legally Blonde) will join the cast of the smash hit musical, taking over for Tory Ross on December 23, 2013.

The 2013 theatre season brought some truly extraordinary productions, including Kinky Boots, which is still playing at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. The musical earned 13 Tony nominations, taking home six awards- including Best Musical.
