Cincinnati Shakespeare Company continues its season with Jane Austen's EMMA by Jon Jory. This production is directed by Kelly Mengelkoch. This production features Cincinnati Shakespeare's Resident Ensemble members including Courtney Lucien and Jeremy Dubin. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

To kick off their 2016 season, Forward Flux Productions will present a reading of Lauren Yee's existential slasher comedy, "Hookman" at the XII Flux Salon gathering in Seattle.

Westchester Broadway Theatre presents MAN OF LA MANCHA, with book by Dale Wasserman, music by Mitch Leigh and lyrics by Joe Darion. Playwright David Javerbaum is holding 'Godly Conversations,' post-show Q&A sessions with audience members, after select performances of his hit Broadway play AN ACT OF GOD at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles.

?Broadway In Chicago has announced that individual tickets for the Chicago premiere of BULLETS OVER BROADWAY, written by Woody Allen and based on the screenplay by Allen and Douglas McGrath (Beautiful) for the 1994 film, will go on sale on Friday, February 19.  The staged production of this worldwide smash-hit film will play the newly named The PrivateBank Theatre (18 W. Monroe) April 19 through May 1, 2016.

Jackalope Theatre Company, the Edgewater-based theatre company currently in its 8th season, announces that Gus Menary will become its third artistic director, effective immediately. Menary had been serving in an interim capacity since March 2015. Additionally, longtime collaborators Paloma Nozicka and Corinne Bass have been named as Jackalope's newest company members.

The New York Festival of Song marks its eleventh annual co-presentation with Juilliard's Ellen and James S. Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts with a new program titled HARRY, HOAGY, and HAROLD.

Nashville actor and NFL Hall of Famer Eddie George, who makes his Broadway debut Tuesday night in the iconic musical Chicago, was named First Night's Outstanding Leading Actor in a Play for his searing portrayal of a former slave haunted by the spectre of abuse in Nashville Repertory Theatre's The Whipping Man. Rene Dunshee Copeland, producing artistic director of Nashville Rep, was named Outstanding Director of a Play, while her three-actor ensemble (which included James Rudolph and Matthew Rosenbaum) were awarded as First Night's Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Play for their rendition of the Matthew Lopez play.
