Actress Fran Drescher is the latest performer to join THE LINEUP of BROADWAY SINGS FOR PRIDE's 8th Annual Charity Concert 'Revolution' on Monday, June 18th at The Cutting Room in New York City. The Nanny star will be joined by Broadway/TV star Frankie J. Grande, Matt Doyle (Broadway's Spring Awakening, War Horse, The Book of Mormon), Project Runway's Sam Donovan, a special 50th reunion performance from the cast of Hair, and performances from cast members from Hamilton, Kinky Boots, Jersey Boys, Frozen, Wicked and more. This star-studded event will be filled with singing (from pop to Broadway), stories, and surprises! The proceeds will benefit The Tyler Clementi Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to end on-line and off-line bullying.

On Monday, June 18, 2018, the theater world and New York communities will come together for Broadway Sings for Pride's 8th annual charity concert entitled "Revolution"!  Hair co-creator James Rado (Grammy-Award Winner) and Hair original choreographer Julie Arenal (Broadway/West End) will join over 35 tribe members to celebrate Pride with a special Hair reunion musical performance during the event.

The winner of six 2013 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Kinky Boots features a Tony Award-winning score by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein, direction and choreography by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell.

New casting announced for the new National Theatre season. Full cast has been announced for Brian Friel's Translations including Colin Morgan and Ciaran Hinds, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Eric Kofi Abrefa and Thalissa Teixeira join Vanessa Kirby in the cast of Julie, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Sam Mendes directs The Lehman Trilogy, a co-production with Neal Street Productions, cast includes Adam Godley, Ben Miles and Simon Russell Beale. Full casting is announced for the award winning An Octoroon by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, transferring to the National Theatre in a co-production with the Orange Tree Theatre. The NT will tour to 30 venues in 27 towns and cities across the UK and Ireland, for a total of 83 playing weeks over the next year. Rufus Norris' Macbeth to tour to 18 venues across the UK and Ireland from autumn 2018. War Horse returns to the National Theatre marking the centenary of Armistice Day.

Rock singer and former American Idol David Cook will be making his Broadway debut as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots this spring! Cook will begin performances on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. He will play a limited run through Saturday, May 5, 2018.

Kinky Boots producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that Emmy Award-winner and Grammy Award nominee Wayne Brady will step back into his heels as 'Lola' in the Tony Award® -winning musical Kinky Boots at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) beginning on Monday, March 5, 2018. He will play a strictly limited run through Friday, April 26, 2018.

The Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots celebrated 2,000 performances on Broadway at Saturday's matinee performance, January 20, 2018. Led by Scissor Sisters front-man Jake Shears as Charlie Price and J. Harrison Ghee as Lola, the matinee audience took part in a full-theater photograph to commemorate the show's milestone performance.
