FROM HERE TO ETERNITY and HEARTBREAK HOTEL to Premiere at Ogunquit Playhouse This Season

The Ogunquit Playhouse, one of the Northeast's cultural jewels and a cornerstone of America's theatrical heritage, is celebrating its 85th Anniversary Season, and, true to its legacy, the 2017 season will be filled with the newest and brightest musicals, world and national premieres and a timeless classic, all complete with top-notch professional casts and creative teams direct from Broadway, Los Angeles, and London.

Salt Pillar Productions Presents Reading of ADVENT by Montgomery Sutton

Salt Pillar Productions announces a public staged reading of Advent by Montgomery Sutton, directed by Emily Lyon. The cast features Dan Beaulieu, Laura Piccoli, and Montgomery Sutton. North Coast Repertory Theatre presents THE MALE INTELLECT: AN OXYMORON

"Hilarious" is the only way to describe THE MALE INTELLECT: AN OXYMORON? as Robert Dubac, ransacks his brain to answer the age old question, 'What do women want?' This hit one-man show pinpoints the differences between the sexes and then celebrates them with ninety minutes of non-stop laughter. It is a multi-character comedy with Mr. Dubac playing all the roles.

MY FAIR LADY, Starring Patterson, Lane, Cavin and Robinson Opens Today

Erica Patterson takes on the iconic role of Eliza Doolittle in the upcoming production of Lerner and Loewe's My Fair Lady, running February 16-March 4 at The Larry Keeton Theatre in Donelson. Cavender Lane will play the supercilious Henry Higgins, with Chris Cavin as Colonel Pickering and Elliott Winston Robinson as Alfred P. Doolittle in the revival, directed by veteran Nashville director (and current senior contributing editor to BroadwayWorld.com/Nashville) Jeffrey Ellis.

FRIDAY 5 (+1): MY FAIR LADY at The Larry Keeton Theatre

Lerner and Loewe's classic Broadway musical My Fair Lady - based on George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion - opens tomorrow night at The Larry Keeton Theatre in Donelson, featuring Erica Patterson (and her understudy Ashley Wolfe, who takes on the iconic role for three performances) as Eliza Doolittle, surrounded by a bevy of Nashville's finest leading men, including Cavender Lane, Elliott Winston Robinson, Chris Cavin, Austin Jeffrey Smith and George Hardimon IV.

English Touring Opera Announces 2017 Spring Season

English Touring Opera's Spring 2017 season features the company's first ever Gilbert & Sullivan production, a Puccini favourite marking the opera debut of stage director Blanche McIntyre, and two new operas for young people:Silver Electra and Different.

BWW Review: World Premiere Play FUGU Recounts a World War II Immigration Tale Full of Danger and Romantic Intrigue

The story of FUGU, a world premiere play written by Howard Teichman and Steven G. Simon which Teichman also directs and produces, takes place at a time just prior to the United States' entry into World War II. Suggested by true events, it recounts the efforts of Japanese diplomat Chiune Sugihara who assisted in getting 6000 Lithuanian Jews rescued from the clutches of the Nazis and relocated to Kobe, Japan, and the choices which had to be made to ensure their safety.
