Celebrated stage, film and television actor Peter Weller has joined the cast of SHOWTIME's recently Emmy(R)-nominated drama series DEXTER. Weller, who will guest star in eight episodes in the upcoming fifth season, will play a troubled Miami Metro police officer who gets caught up in an internal affairs investigation. Production on season five is currently underway and will premiere Sunday, September 26th at 9:00 PM ET/PT on SHOWTIME.

Theatre Ventures in association with Unique Features announced today that the new Broadway musical ELF will open on Wednesday, November 10th at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street).
