John Schneider and Tom Wopat - the original stars of 'The Dukes of Hazzard' - will release a special vinyl version of their acclaimed holiday album HOME FOR CHRISTMAS. The LP will be available today, November 20 at TomWopat.com. They will celebrate the vinyl release with concerts on December 5 (John Schneider Studios in Holden, LA), December 16 (The Lyric Theatre in Stuart, FL) and December 20 (a Tom solo show at the Ringling Theater in Baraboo, WI).

Just yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama called upon producer Harvey Weinstein to create 'Broadway at the White House,' an all day symposium on careers in the theater created especially for deserving high school students. The day was hosted by Matthew Morrison, currently starring in Broadway's Finding Neverland and Tony-winner Kristin Chenoweth and included such Broadway stars as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Whoopi Goldberg, Gloria Estefan, Christian Borle, Cicely Tyson, Laura Michelle Kelly and performances by the casts of Finding Neverland, Fun Home, An American in Paris, On Your Feet!, School of Rockand Something Rotten.

THE KENNEDY CENTER HONORS recently announced their honorees for 2015 will be singer-songwriter Carole King, filmmaker George Lucas, actress and singer Rita Moreno, conductor Seiji Ozawa and actress and Broadway star Cicely Tyson. They will be recognized during THE 38TH ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, to be broadcast Tuesday, Dec. 29 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. CBS has broadcast the special each year since its debut 38 years ago.
