The 1984 hit movie dances its way onto the Colorado stage!

Performance Now Theatre Company proudly presents Meet Me in St. Louis currently playing through October 16 at the Lakewood Cultural Center. Meet Me in St. Louis is a musical based on 'The Kensington Stories' by Sally Benson and the 1944 MGM motion picture Meet Me in St. Louis. It tells the story of an American family living in St. Louis at the time of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition World's Fair in 1904. Their love and respect for each other is tempered with the genuine humor that can only be generated by such a special family. Memorable musical numbers include The Boy Next Door, A Raving Beauty, The Trolley Song, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, and the title song, Meet Me in St. Louis.

American Conservatory Theater's (A.C.T.) highly anticipated production of Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City has been extended an additional two weeks through July 24 due to unprecedented demand. The world premiere musical amassed the largest advance sale in A.C.T.'s history prior to its first preview performance on May 18 and has continued to break sales records heading into this week's opening night gala. ENO's 2009/10 Season includes new productions of Turandot and Tosca highlighting a commitment by the Company to refreshing core Puccini repertory, which has recently included Madam Butterfly and La Cohème. Olivier Award-winning theatre director Rupert Goold makes his ENO and London opera directing debut with Turandot.

ENO continues its revival of Italian repertory with the Company's first new production of 'Cav & Pag' since 1986.
