This performance is presented by the Marcus Center as part of its continuing series Marcus Center Presents. Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 18 at 12:00 p.m. at the Marcus Center Box Office.

The Blue Note Jazz Club reopened last night, November 3rd after the longest closure in its illustrious 31-year history. Prior to hurricane Sandy, the club had only been closed four days in its existence (all due to external circumstances): two days for 9/11, one day in 2011 for Hurriance Irene, and one day for a blizzard during a Nancy Wilson show (year unconfirmed). The club reopens with a five day run with Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke's newest band featuring Ravi Coltrane (sax), Marcus Gilmore (drums) and Charles Altura (guitar).
