Complete Cast Revealed for AMERICAN IDIOT Tour!

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming North American tour of Green Day's AMERICAN IDIOT, the two-time Tony Award-winning Broadway hit called 'wonderfully raucous' and 'emotionally charged' by The New York Times, which will premiere in Toronto December 28 - January 15 before continuing on to 14 other markets across the United States.

STAGE TUBE: Charles Isherwood on Why He Won't Review Adam Rapp

In a recent article in the NY Times, Theatre critic Charles Isherwood wrote that he will no longer review any further work of playwright Adam Rapp. Isherwood wrote: 'After all, reading my view that his latest, 'Dreams of Flying Dreams of Falling,' was 'an empty farrago' probably didn't make Mr. Rapp's day. But I bet that he didn't rush to the New York Times Web site during the opening-night party, or indeed read my review at all. By this point Mr. Rapp surely knows where I stand on his work, which is to say (perhaps from his point of view) jumping up and down on it.'

MILK LIKE SUGAR Extends Through 11/27

SISTER ACT Announces School Challenge Initiative

The SISTER ACT School Challenge Initiative is offering the chance for one lucky class from grades 5 through 9 to win a class field trip to SISTER ACT on Broadway. Teachers are invited to share their class' acts of kindness by submitting a photo of their class giving back to their community, along with the story behind it, for the chance to win a class field trip to SISTER ACT. The Roundabout Theatre Company's New York Premiere of Stephen Karam's new play, Sons of the Prophet, opened last night, October 20. CTG's THE NIGHT WATCHER Begins Rehearsals

Rehearsals begin this week for 'The Night Watcher,' Charlayne Woodard's newest play, which will be produced at the Center Theatre Group/Kirk Douglas Theatre, November 17 through December 18, 2011. The opening is set for November 20. 'The Night Watcher,' written and performed by Woodard, will be directed by her frequent collaborator, Daniel Sullivan.
