Ian Rickson's production of Lillian Hellman's The Children's Hour has now extended its run for a second and final time, with bookings being taken at the Comedy Theatre until 7 May 2011.

According to a report byBaz Bamigboye for Daily Mail, THE CHILDREN'S HOUR, starring Keira Knightly and Elizabeth Moss has brought in £1.8?million. With a successful run at the Comedy Theatre, now the show might be heading to the Great White Way by early next year.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Nikki Blonsky, the Golden Globe nominated star of Hairspray, will complete the January cast of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore, now in its second smash year at NYC's Westside Theatre (407 West 43 St.).

Audiences around the globe will now get a chance to see Love, Loss, and What I Wore, the Off Broadway hit written by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron and presented by Daryl Roth.

Theatre's First Attempt at a Musical is a Huge Success

When a schoolgirl's whisper spreads, it triggers a chain of events with extraordinary consequences. Karen Wright (Keira Knightley) and Martha Dobie (Elisabeth Moss) run a girls' boarding school in 1930s New England, where they become entangled in a devastating story of deceit, shame and courage.

Ellen Burstyn and Carol Kane as well as Bryony Hannah and Tobias Menzies are to join the previously announced Keira Knightley and Elisabeth Moss in Ian Rickson's production of Lillian Hellman's The Children's Hour. The Children's Hour, produced by Sonia Friedman Productions & Scott Landis, will have its first preview at the Comedy Theatre on 22 January 2011 with press night on 9 February and is booking until 2 April 2011.

According to a report by Baz Bamigboye for UK Daily Mail, Ellen Burstyn and Carol Kane are in talks to star in the upcoming West End production of The Children's Hour. Ian Rickson is set to direct the production, while Keira Knightley and Elisabeth Moss are attached to the project as well.

Last night's, Joel Grey-directed, 25th anniversary staged reading of Larry Kramer's ground-breaking play, The Normal Heart was a phenomenal success.
