The buzz around La Jolla's new musical Diana, about the life of Princess Diana, has been growing. Now, director Christopher Ashley and choreographer Kelly Devine are chatting with KPBS News about the show's journey, and how they've gotten to explore the famed Princess's message.

Norfolk & Norwich Festival has today announced the full programme for its 2019 Festival (10 - 26 May). The vast and wide-ranging programme showcases artists from around the world and the region presenting a huge variety of work and events throughout the city and around the county, which spans performance, theatre, music, visual arts, literature, circus, outdoor and family events, includes world and UK premieres, one-off spectaculars, and a host of free events across the Festival.

Due to incredible popular demand, La Jolla Playhouse announces a second week-long extension for its world premiere musical Diana, from the Tony Award-winning Memphis creative team of Joe DiPietro (librettist/lyricist), David Bryan (composer/ lyricist) and Playhouse Artistic Director Christopher Ashley (director), along with Tony Award nominee Kelly Devine (choreographer) and Ian Eisendrath (music supervisor).

The Davis Museum at Wellesley College presents Art_Latin_America: Against the Survey, an exhibition highlighting important works of modern and contemporary Latin American and Latinx art from the Museum's extensive permanent collections. The show features 150 objects by nearly 100 artists-including 32 women-from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Also represented are U.S. and European artists who worked in Latin America, as well as many of Latin American descent based in the United States. The exhibition, on view in the Camilla Chandler and Dorothy Buffum Chandler Gallery and Marjorie and Gerald Bronfman Gallery, will run from February 7 through June 9, 2019.

French festival Monticule completes the lineup for its 2019 edition. Over 50 artists will make the trip to the Domaine de Gayfié from June 19th - 23rd to celebrate the 5 years of a festival that is steadily leaving its imprint on the European stage, by escaping well-worn festival tropes and the race for the same big names, focusing instead on a more intimate, holiday-like experience where adventurous music, community and well-being take center stage.

A Younger Theatre and New Diorama Theatre are today delighted to announce the lineup for Incoming Festival 2019. As previously announced the festival will be presented simultaneously in London (New Diorama Theatre), Manchester (HOME) and Bristol (Tobacco Factory Theatres) between 24 - 30 June 2019. Tickets are now on sale at both New Diorama Theatre and HOME; tickets at Tobacco Factory Theatres will be on sale in March.

Deadline reports Sally Hawkins (The Shape Of Water), Cillian Murphy (Inception), Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai) and Raffey Cassidy (The Killing Of A Sacred Deer) are will voice characters in an animated adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's Kensuke's Kingdom.
