Provision Theater Company will open their 2009-10 season with a bigger and bolder version of their 2004 hit production of Harry Chapin's COTTON PATCH GOSPEL. The season will be the first produced in their brand new home, located at 1001 W. Roosevelt Road in Chicago.

Travel to the magical land of Narnia with four English school children in the Beck Center Youth Theater's production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe on the Mackey Main Stage, November 5 to 8, 2009, at the Beck Center for the Arts. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday with an already sold-out student matinee performance at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 5.

Upon returning from MN & IA where I performed a couple of weddings, preached at a friend's ordination, and caught a matinee of the National Tour of 'Wicked,' the Central Coast was hammered by a storm that dropped several inches of rain, leaving thousands of households without power (erego the late posting this week). However - the shows must go on ... and so they shall!
