Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT), Jewish Museum Milwaukee (JMM) and the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center (JCC) are collaborating on "Exploring Jewish Voices." During the 2012-2013 season, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre is producing three plays by prominent Jewish playwrights. MCT, JMM & the JCC decided this was an ideal opportunity to partner and provide additional educational and outreach opportunities to the Milwaukee area Jewish community.

Florida Studio Theatre announces the second show of its Summer season, Lanford Wilson's Talley's Folly, which begins performances in FST's Keating Theatre (1241 N. The New York Times is reporting that Alec Baldwin will return to Broadway in the Spring of 2013 in a new production of OPRHANS, to be directed by Tony-winner Daniel Sullivan. There is no word yet on a theatre or additional cast members for the production.

As BroadwayWorld reported earlier this week, David Mamet's 1984 play Glengarry Glen Ross is heading back to Broadway, this time starring Al Pacino as leading man, 'Shelly "The Machine" Levene.' Pacino previously played 'Richard Roma' the the 1992 film adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play. Daniel Sullivan is attached to direct the project. The New York Times has confirmed that the show will begin previews on October 16 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theater. Opening night is set for November 11.

The Meyer Rossabi Band have announced the release of a new music video 'When There's Smoke, There's Fire', recorded live from B.B. Kings Blues Club in New York City on June 1, 2012. The video captures the energy of the band live and gives audiences a chance to preview a new Meyer Rossabi tune from his upcoming album, Blues The Way You Like It.

The official opening night for Polly Draper in MY BRILLIANT DIVORCE, took place last Saturday night at Bay Street Theatre. Geraldine Aron, the playwright for this American Premiere attended the after party in the lobby along with other theatre veterans including Blythe Danner, TEd Hartley and Dina Merrill, John McDaniel, Terrence McNally, Joe Pintauro, Mercedes Ruehl, Sloan Shelton, and Harris Yulin. The show runs now through Sunday, June 24. The production is directed by Matt McGrath, one of Bay Street Theatre's Artistic Associates.

Recording artist Tom Moran aka Daddy Rocker presents a special concert to benefit Autism Speaks tonight, May 5th, 2012.
