The Actors' Fund of America will celebrate Shakespeare's 442nd birthday at noon on Monday, April 17, with a birthday party and groundbreaking ceremony at The Lillian Booth Actors' Home, the New Jersey residence for retired entertainment professionals; James Earl Jones and Brian Stokes Mitchell will take part in the festivities

A visitor walking into the Avatar recording studio in New York City last May was greeted with the most stirring rendition of Stephen Sondheim's 'Too Many Mornings'. The voices of Marin Mazzie and her husband, Jason Danieley, were so exceptionally suited to the music that a new dimension was added to the material.

Today (Monday, January 23), The National Tour of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical of 2005, Monty Pythons SPAMALOT, begins rehearsals in New York, prior to a first performance in Boston on March 7 at the Colonial Theatre. Other cities confirmed for the tour include Chicago, Washington DC, Pittsburgh and Atlanta, with more dates to follow.
