Ryan Gosling's directorial debut, HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER, will star Christina Hendricks in the lead role. Marc Platt and Adam Siegel will produce on behalf of Marc Platt Productions, along with Ryan Gosling via his Phantasma Films banner, and Michel Litvak and David Lancaster via the Bold Films banner.

HIT AND RUN will be released in theaters on August 24th from Open Road Films. The action comedy was written and directed by Dax Shepard and David Palmer and stars Kristen Bell, Bradley Cooper, Tom Arnold, Beau Bridges and Broadway vet Kristin Chenoweth. Check out the trailer below!

The stars were out this week at 54 Below. Actor Bradley Cooper may add a highly anticipated remake to his list of upcoming films. Cooper - who's aiming for Broadway and the third installment of the popular 'Hangover' series in 2013 - is also in talks for A STAR IS BORN, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Bradley Cooper, best known for his appearances in Hollywood hits including 'The Hangover' series and 'Limitless,' may return to Broadway next fall. The actor - who made his Broadway debut in 2006's THREE DAYS OF RAIN - recently starred as John Merrick in THE ELEPHANT MAN at Williamstown Theatre Festival, and tells E! Online that he plans to reprise the role on the Great White Way.

As Michael Riedel previously wrote in the NY Post, there is currently some tension between THE NORMAL HEART writer Larry Kramer and Barbra Streisand, who was set to direct a film version of the play back in 1986. The Streisand-directed movie never came to fruition, and when Kramer sent Streisand good reviews from the national tour that just opened in Washington D.C., Streisand responded to Kramer with: "Why make me sad that I'm not directing your wonderful play?" Kramer responed with an email to Streisand that can be found at the NYP.

Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced that Tony® Award winner Douglas Hodge will star in a new Broadway production of Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand, with a translation by Ranjit Bolt and directed by Jamie Lloyd. Cyrano de Bergerac will begin previews on September 14, 2012 and open officially on October 11, 2012 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street). As first reported on Deadline.com, Michael Emerson has joined the cast of the currently untitled upcoming Woody Allen film. The actor will join previously announced cast members Alec Baldwin, Cate Blanchett, Bobby Cannavale and Bradley Cooper.
