New Rep Presents HOT MIKADO, Runs 5/3-5/22 at the Arsenal Center for the Arts

New Repertory Theatre, in residence at the Arsenal Center for the Arts, is thrilled to present Hot Mikado, book and lyrics adapted by David H. Bell with musical adaptation and arrangements by Rob Bowman. Hot Mikado opens for the press on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 7:30pm and plays through Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Arsenal Center for the Arts in the Charles Mosesian Theater.

Hershey Area Playhouse Closes WIT, 5/2

Wit, Margaret Edson's Pulitzer Prize-winning play about how a woman confronts her fatal battle with ovarian cancer, will be end its run May 2 at the Hershey Area Playhouse on the campus of Country Meadows, 830 Cherry Drive, Hershey.

Margaret Edson's Pulitzer Prize winning play, WIT, will be presented Thursday-Sunday, April 22-25 and April 29-May 2 at the Hershey Area Playhouse. First produced off-Broadway in 1999, WIT stars Debbie Voight as a patient undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer.

Tony Award winner Elaine Stritch will perform her concert, 'Singin' Sondheim...One Song at a Time' at the Cafe Carlyle from April 20 - April 29, 2010. Stritch will additionally perform the show as part of Hartford Stage's 2010 SummerStage series from June 17 - 20, 2010, as BroadwayWorld previously reported. Stritch will be joined in Hartford by Chita Rivera and Ben Vereen, who will also be performing solo concerts in Hartford on June 22-27 and July 6-11, respectively.
