Boston Ballet veteran Katelyn Prominski will appear in the role of 'Green Dress Girl,' a gangster's moll and femme fatale who performs a wonderfully sective duet with lead man 'Don Lockwood' in the Reagle Music Theatre's production of SINGIN' IN THE RAIN.

Producers Howard & Janet Kagan have announced that Jackie Hoffman will join the upcoming Broadway revival of ON THE TOWN as "Madame Dilly." Directed by John Rando (Tony Award for Urinetown) and choreographed by Joshua Bergasse (Emmy Award winner for 'Smash') ON THE TOWN is set to begin previews on Saturday, September 20, 2014 and officially opens on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Broadway's Lyric Theatre (213 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036). Tony Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell will star in The Band Wagon, an Encores! Special Event based on the classic MGM movie of the same title, from November 6 - 16, 2014 at City Center. The show has a book by Douglas Carter Beane adapted from the screenplay by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, with music by Arthur Schwartz and lyrics by Howard Dietz. The Band Wagon will be directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall with music direction by Todd Ellison. The Band Wagon will run for 12 performances, by special arrangement with Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures.

According to What's On Stage, Lorna Luft will be touring the UK with Spirit Productions' 'Puttin' On The Ritz' Tour. The tour starts in August 2014, playing venues such as Southend Cliffs Pavilion, Eastbourne Congress, Hall For Cornwall, Edinburgh Playhouse, Opera House Manchester, and Norwich Theatre Royal.

DRG Records celebrates the release of Gerard Alessandrini's Forbidden Broadway: Comes Out Swinging! (2014 Un-Original Cast Album) which is produced by Grammy Award winner Hugh Fordin, and is available in stores and online today, July 22nd. To kick off the CD release, Barnes & Noble (150 East 86 Street) will host an in-store appearance and performance from 4pm - 6pm. This CD marks Forbidden Broadway's 12th cast recording with DRG Records.
