The North American touring production of Disney's THE LION KING is pleased to welcome to the company beginning Tuesday, July 13

Daniel Radcliffe will make his Broadway musical debut as J. Pierrepont Finch in a new production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING opening at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) Sunday, March 27, 2011, at 5pm.

The best of Broadway will be presented FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 Lite fm Presents Broadway in Bryant Park 2010' - a lunchtime series which began on Thursday, July 8th at 12:30pm on the Bryant Park Stage. Sponsored by Bank of America, and JCPenney 33rd & 6th, and hosted by Lite fm's on-air personalities, the tenth annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances runs through August 12th.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held daily for WICKED, which will be performing from July 14- August 8 at the Marcus Center. Each day, 2½ hours prior to show time people who present themselves at the Marcus Center Box Office will have their names placed in a lottery drum and then thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only.

The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, Dallas' must-see, must-attend, state-of-the-art entertainment complex, will host the touring company of WICKED from June 30th to July 25th.

The Second Annual Broadway Meows: a Benefit Concert for the Humane Society of New York will be presented at Don't Tell Mama, one night only, Monday, July 19th at 7pm. The evening will feature the songs of composer/ lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh. Bisen-Hersh will be joined on stage by a stellar cast including Brian Childers (Helen Hayes Award Winner, Danny & Sylvia), Sean Patrick Doyle (La Cage aux Folles), Bryan Fenkart (Memphis), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Kimberly Faye Greenberg (Danny & Sylvia), Autumn Hurlburt (Legally Blonde), Lara Janine (Rock of Ages), Brianne Moore (The Visit), Brooke Sunny Moriber (The Wild Party), Olivia Oguma (Mamma Mia), Mary Orzano, Kate Rockwell (Hair), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), Brandon Ruckdashel (Co-Ed Confidential), Kevin Vortmann (A Little Night Music), Correy West (South Pacific) and Kristen Beth Williams (Promises, Promises). The concert will be produced by Dennis Fowler, directed by Laura Pestronk, choreographed by Erin Porvaznika and stage managed by Livia Hill.

Nickelodeon and Broadway Across America are bringing their latest theatrical production Storytime Live! to Charlotte, NC from June 25-27 for six performances. Storytime Live! is the first-ever live family theatrical tour featuring characters from four of the current top-rated preschool shows on television today: Dora the Explorer, The Backyardigans, The Wonder Pets! and Ni Hao, Kai-lan. Preschoolers and their parents can see their favorite Nick Jr. characters come to life in one action-packed on-stage adventure hosted by Nick Jr.'s Moose A. Moose and Zee. The tour will visit more than 70 cities in 2010.

Yesterday, June 24, Sean Hayes, Kristin Chenoweth, Tony Goldwyn, Katie Finneran and Dick Latessa hosted a special 'Talk Back' and Q&A sessions as well as a CD signing in celebration of the new Broadway cast recording of Promises, Promises at Barnes and Noble in Lincoln Triangle. Local Equity Principal Auditions (EPAs) for Pioneer Theatre Company's 2010-2011 Season will be held on Friday, June 25th, 2010. Auditions are for actors ages 18 and up. Audition time slots are from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If these slots are 75% filled in advance, additional time will be made available.

Directed and choreographed by Tony and Emmy Award winner Rob Ashford, this new production of PROMISES, PROMISES, with Neil Simon's funny and touching book and Burt Bacharach and Hal David's hit-packed score, opened at the Broadway Theatre Sunday, April 25, 2010.
