The Playwrights Realm has announced the complete cast of The Wolves, Sarah DeLappe's debut play.

Theatre and Dance at Wayne continues its 2016-17 season by bringing together the undergraduate and graduate acting companies on one stage at the Bonstelle Theatre to present A Christmas Carol to audiences of all ages in Detroit. The entire company collaborates to deliver a holiday spectacle of story, song, visual and sensory delight for the season.

The world premiere of The Wolves, Sarah DeLappe's debut play, was met with widespread critical acclaim and sold-out houses when it opened on September 11 of this year. In response to popular demand, The Playwrights Realm, by arrangement with Scott Rudin and Eli Bush, will present a limited, encore engagement of the production from November 29-December 24. General tickets for The Wolves go on sale today, November 3, 2016.

Directed by Lila Neugebauer and featuring a company of ten female actors - Mia Barron, Brenna Coates, Jenna Dioguardi, Samia Finnerty, Midori Francis, Lizzy Jutila, Sarah Mezzanotte, Tedra Millan, Lauren Patten (Fun Home), and Susannah Perkins ­- Sarah DeLappe's award-winning debut play THE WOLVES will now run in an extended World Premiere through September 29 at The Realm's new home for the season The Duke on 42nd Street. The Playwrights Realm, led by Founding Artistic Director Katherine Kovner and Producing Director Roberta Pereira, has announced the cast and creative team for the world premiere of Sarah Delappe's THE WOLVES.

The Attic Theater Company (Laura Braza, Artistic Director, and Ted Caine, Executive Director) returns to New York City for its annual Off-Broadway summer production. The critically acclaimed company will present Eric Overmyer's comedy ON THE VERGE, directed by Laura Braza.  ON THE VERGE will play a strictly limited Off-Broadway engagement at Walkerspace (46 Walker Street, NYC) beginning Saturday, June 18th through Saturday, July 9th, 2016.  The Press Opening is scheduled for Thursday, June 23rd.  Tickets, priced at $25.00, are on sale now online at http://www.theattictheaterco.com/#!upcoming/c6v5.

The second company completing their residency is Blessed Unrest, presenting the world premiere of Body: Anatomies of Being, conceived and directed by Jessica Burr, written by Matt Opatrny, created and choreographed by the Blessed Unrest ensemble, running now through May 21, 2016. Warning: Bodies will appear in their natural state. One night to write…one day to play. The clock starts ticking when the playwrights' fingers hit their keyboards and ends with a final bow from 50+ theatre artists who have convened for just 24 hours to create and present five new works.  Back by popular demand, the 24-Hour Theatre Project, a staple of past WAM seasons, returns to the Performing Arts Center at the University at Albany tonight, April 2.

Multidisciplinary performance group Live Source presents the world premiere of THE INCREDIBLE FOX SISTERS, a new play by Jaclyn Backhaus (Men on Boats). Directed by Tyler Mercer, THE INCREDIBLE FOX SISTERS begins performances on Friday, October 30, 2015 - prior to an official press opening of November 1st - at The New Ohio Theater (154 Christopher Street). Performances continue through Sunday, November 8th. Tickets are priced at $20 ($15 for students and seniors) and will be available online at www.newohiotheatre.org beginning September 28th. The production returns to the New Ohio for its world premiere following a hit, sold-out workshop production during the theater's 2014 Ice Factory Festival.
