Classic Stage Company's A Man Of No Importance  will begin performances on Tuesday, October 11, with opening night set for Sunday, October 30. Classic Stage Company's A Man of No Importance will extend its run due to popular demand. Previously set to close on December 4, the musical will now close on Sunday, December 18.

The highly anticipated Broadway revival of Ntozake Shange’s groundbreaking for colored girls who have considered suicide/ when the rainbow is enuf, directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Camille A. Brown, has announced a special American Sign Language performance on Friday, April 15th.

Ntozake Shange's groundbreaking for colored girls who have considered suicide/ when the rainbow is enuf is coming to Broadway, directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Camille A. Brown. Performances begin on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) and open on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. 

Joining the cast are Amara Granderson as Lady in Orange, Tendayi Kuumba as Lady in Brown, Kenita R. Miller as Lady in Red, Okwui Okpokwasili as Lady in Green, Stacey Sargeant as Lady in Blue, Alexandria Wailes as Lady in Purple, and D. Woods as Lady in Yellow.

Classic Stage Company has announced that Danny Wolohan will replace Andy Grotelueschen as Samuel Byck in the company’s sold-out production of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman’s Assassins, directed by CSC Artistic Director John Doyle. 

Classic Stage Company has added a performance to its sold-out production of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman’s Assassins to benefit The Actors Fund, on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at 2pm ET. Tickets, priced at $125 each, will become available to In the Spotlight members of The Actors Fund on Tuesday, December 21, at 12pm ET.

Classic Stage Company will join the New York theater community by dimming its marquee and lobby lights in honor of Stephen Sondheim this Wednesday at 6:30pm, just prior to the evening performance of CSC’s current production of Sondheim and John Weidman’s Assassins.
