Starz Announces Season Two Premiere Date for AMERICAN GODS

Starz, a Lionsgate company (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B), announced today that the eight-episode second season of the epic series 'American Gods' will premiere on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at 8PM ET/PT on STARZ and will be available the same day on the STARZ App.

As BroadwayWorld reported earlier this week, casting is complete for the new Broadway production of the musical comedy Kiss Me, Kate, starring Tony Award winner Kelli O'Hara as 'Kate/Lilli Vanessi,' Tony Award nominee Will Chase as 'Petruchio/Fred Graham,' Corbin Bleu as 'Lucentio/Bill Calhoun,' Terence Archie as 'Harrison Howell,' Mel Johnson Jr. as 'Harry Trevor/Baptista,' James T. Lane as 'Paul,' Stephanie Styles as 'Lois Lane/Bianca,' Adrienne Walker as 'Hattie,' Lance Coadie Williams as 'Gangster (Second Man)' and John Pankow as 'Gangster (First Man).'

Nominees have been announced for The Curtain Up Show Album of the Year 2018. Once again, three categories (each with six nominees) are open to the public vote. Voting closes at 5.00pm GMT on Wednesday 9 January 2019, and winners will be announced live on Resonance FM at 4.00pm GMT on Friday 11 January 2018.

Disney Theatrical Productions and Broadway at the Eccles announced today that tickets for the long-awaited engagement of Disney's Aladdin will go on sale to the public on Friday, December 14 at 10:00AM. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances in Salt Lake City at the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Theater on Thursday, April 25 for a limited engagement of 3 weeks through Sunday, May 12. The opening night is Friday, April 26 at 8:00PM.
