CBS and The Late Show with David Letterman have received the latest class action internship lawsuit, Deadline reports. Mallory Musallam, an intern with the show, filed a lawsuit against CBS Broadcasting, CBS Corp., and The Late Show ith David Letterman late last week, seeking damages for herself and every past intern on the show.

According to Deadline, HBO has added Winona Ryder, Alfred Molina, and John Bernthal to its six-hour miniseries SHOW ME A HERO, based on the book by Lisa Belkin. Ther project, which comes from THE WIRE's David Simon, has already enlisted Oscar Isaac and Catherine Keener.
