Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) is proud to announce the appointment of several senior staff members to the Millburn Theatre.

For two weeks only, Off-Broadway will offer tickets for only $20 twenty minutes before show time. '20at20' is now a bi-annual celebration of NY's best shows, in the tradition of Restaurant Week! Running Tuesday Febuary 25 through Sunday March 9.

Celebrated British playwright Jez Butterworth returns to the Atlantic Theater Company for the premiere of his new play Parlour Song, directed by Atlantic artistic director Neil Pepe, and featuring Chris Bauer, Jonathan Cake and Emily Mortimer. Parlour Song will begin previews Friday, February 15 for an official opening Wednesday, March 5 and a limited engagement through Saturday evening, March 29, 2008 Off-Broadway at Atlantic Theater Company at the Linda Gross Theater

What They Have, a new play by 'Six Feet Under' scribe Kate Robin, will receive its World Premiere at South Coast Repertory during the 11th annual Pacific Playwrights Festival. Hollywood and the L.A. scene are backdrops for this poignant and funny SCR-commissioned play about two entertainment industry couples whose lives-and lifestyles-converge in surprising ways. Directed by Chris Fields, What They Have will run from April 4 through May 4, 2008 on the Segerstrom Stage.

The Roundtable Ensemble will present the world premiere of Chris Kipiniak's Save the World, a superhero-adventure play at the American Theatre of Actors. Performances will begin on Thursday, January 17, and the official opening night will be Saturday, January 19 at 8PM. Performances will run for four weeks through February 9.

Playwrights Lucy Alibar, Jesse Cameron Alick, Robert Askins and Steven Levenson are the newest members of Youngblood, Ensemble Studio Theatre's collective of emerging professional playwrights.

The awards are already coming in for Sweeney Todd, which garnered the Best Director Award for Tim Burton and the Top 10 Movies of the Year acknowledgement by the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures.

Murray Abraham, Jonathan Cake, J.R. Horne, Jordan Lage , Mark Linn-Baker, Elizabeth Marvel, Mary McCann, Del Pentecost and Joey Slotnick.
