Atlantic Theater Company has announced the first production of its 2014-2015 season - the world premiere new musical FOUND, directed by Lee Overtree, featuring a book by Tony Award nominee Hunter Bell ([title of show]) and Lee Overtree and a new score by Eli Bolin.

Colt Coeur's Play Hotel reading series will present a free staged reading of Love Shack in '87 by Ryan King, directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, April 9th at 7:15pm at SoHo House in Manhattan. The cast for the reading includes Nadia Gan (Golden Child), Genesis Oliver (Everything is Ours, Colt Coeur), Matt Stadelmann (The Grown-Up, Humana), Chris Thorn (Twelfth Night, Pig Iron), and Joe Tippett (Ashville, Rattlestick). Mike Judge ('Office Space,' 'Beavis & Butt-head,' 'King of the Hill') brings his irreverent brand of humor to HBO in the new comedy series SILICON VALLEY. The series features late stage and screen actor Christopher Evan Welch ('The Master', 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona'), who passed away on December 2, 2013 of lung cancer at the age of 48. Five and a half of the eight episodes were filmed before Welch's death and the plot will continue as planned for Season 1.

The Off-Broadway League today announced nominations in 18 categories and one special award for the 2014 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The Lortel Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at NYU Skirball Center beginning at 7:00pm EST, and hosted by acclaimed husband and wife actors and comedians, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman. Building on Slant Theatre Project's success with last season's The Steadfast, the company has announced the full cast for The Cloud, a world premiere mistaken-identity comedy written by playwright/comedian Matt Moses. Wes Grantom (Eager to Lose, The Steadfast) directs a cast of four including Teddy Bergman (B'way: Peter and the Starcatcher, Off-B'way: Sex Lives of Our Parents), Ryan King (Now Or Later at Huntington Theatre, The Intelligent Design Of Jenny Chow at the Atlantic Theater Company), Polly Lee (Marie Antoinette at Yale Rep, Wasps at Studio 42), and Emily Walton (Eager to Lose, August: Osage County). Performances for this first full production of Slant Theatre Project's 10th Season will be staged at HERE, 145 Sixth Avenue in NYC from May 16-June 1, 2014.
