Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announces performers for the annual TRU Love Benefit on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Caroline's on Broadway, 1626 Broadway between 49th and 50th Streets, NYC.

Two-time Tony Award winner CHITA RIVERA will perform songs from her legendary Broadway career with an intimate evening of music in CHITA RIVERA: MY BROADWAY coming to the Venetian Room 8pm, November 5, 2010 as the first subscriber show of Bay Area Cabaret's ongoing series.

The companies will be celebrated at a private luncheon at the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square on Monday, October 25th.

American Stage Theatre Company has announced the continuation of its play reading series, HOT OFF THE PRESS, of new plays by local playwrights.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) announced today that Broadway icon Chita Rivera will be honored with their 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award at the Seventh Season Awards Gala taking place on Sunday, November 14th at The Hudson Theatre (145 W. 44th Street) beginning at 6:00pm. Winner of two Tony® Awards and nominated for an additional seven Tony® Awards, Chita was recently seen on Broadway in The Dancer's Life, which celebrated her career and NINE which co-starred Antonio Banderas.
