Heart On Sleeve Productions Presents the World Premiere Of The Apple Boys: A Barbershop Quartet Musical, November 30 - December 23

CDP: Collaborative, Development, & Production is thrilled to announce its 5 Year Anniversary Concert at Joe's Pub! Come Celebrate 5 years of new musicals in this concert of songs highlighting 14 shows that have been developed through CDP in collaboration with NYU's Tisch Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program and Undergraduate Drama.  Come see an eclectic evening of madness, missing parents, and mosquitos featuring current and alumni actors from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. 

The Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival will present on August 7 the new musical The Lost Girl, a compelling and inventive story about the Darling children 25 years after they visited Neverland with Peter Pan.

Musical Theatre Factory (MTF) will present the first act of ONE WAY, a new musical from MTF's developmental residency program. ONE WAY is written by MTF founding members Christopher Staskel (book & lyrics) and Benjamin Bonnema (book & music).

The event will be on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, 721 Broadway in the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program ("GMTWP") Black Box Theatre, 2nd floor, followed by a meet-and-greet with the writers and performers.

What happens when a composer and a lyricist have to write a song from a new musical (invented on the spot), in a style determined by the spin of the dreaded Genre Wheel . . . in 20 minutes? Brain-frying fun! Brave musical theater composers and lyricists Kevin Ray, Arianna Rose, Dan Wolpow, Adam Spiegel, Andy Roninson, and Drew Fornarola will step up to the creative plate in the April 7 premiere of the exciting new songwriting competition TUNE IN TIME at Stage 72 (formerly The Triad) at 7pm. The finals will be on April 14 at 7pm.

This production will join the much beloved, 'Everything About' series, which the New York Times has hailed as 'delightfully comic.'

York Theatre Company is partnering with the University of California, Irvine's New York Satellite Program to present '4@15: Four New 15-Minute Musicals' which will be presented on Wednesday, April 18th at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.
