THE SHOEMAKER Plays RECIPE FOR LIFE Series at Acorn Theatre, 7/15-18

Cause Celebre and Tina's Wish will present RECIPE FOR LIFE/PART TWO at New York's Acorn Theatre from July 12 to 18, Ticket Central announces. The series, which will benefit Tina's Wish, an ovarian cancer research organization, will consist of three separate productions.

Food for Thought Theatre Opens Season With Noel Coward's STAR CHAMBER, 1/21

Food for Thought Theatre opens their twenty-first season with the American premiere of the Noel Coward play Star Chamber starring Tammy Grimes, John Shea, Frances Sternhagen, KT Sullivan, and directed by Antony Marsellis. Star Chamber is a comedy which takes place on the stage of a West End theater and involves a cast of actors from the 1930s.

Performances take place November 1 through November 22. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Columbia Psychiatry.

Ms. Stritch's career spans over six decades, with some of the most memorable performances on Broadway, recently culminating in the critically acclaimed one-woman cabaret show at the Hotel Carlyle.
