Working Title Films' Theory of Everything will be released domestically by Focus Features in exclusive engagements beginning Friday, November 7th, 2014. Focus CEO Peter Schlessel made the announcement today.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Eddie Redmayne has joined the cast of James Marsh's THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING about famed physicist Stephen Hawking. The actor joins Felicity Jones on the project from Working Title Films.

According to Deadline.com, Les Miserables' Eddie Redmayne is under consideration for the role of Stephen Hawking in THEORY OF EVERYTHING, directed by James Marsh for Working Title.

Tribeca Film today announced that it will release THE GIANT MECHANICAL MAN, DEATH OF A SUPERHERO, and SLEEPLESS NIGHT nationwide via video-on-demand during the Tribeca Film Festival, which runs April 18-29. The films are each an official selection of the Festival and feature notable actors such as Jenna Fischer, Topher Grace, Malin Akerman, Tomer Sisley, Andy Serkis and Thomas Brodie-Sangster.

The 2012 Tribeca Film Festival (TFF), presented by American Express®, today announced the World Narrative and Documentary Competition film selections, along with selections for the out-of-competition Viewpoints section-the program established last year that highlights personal stories in international and independent cinema. Forty-six of the 90 feature-length films were announced. The 11th edition of the Festival will take place from April 18 to April 29 at locations around New York City.
