As previously announced, Z Space, in association with Brian Eastman and Richmond Theatre Productions, will present the world premiere of A Round-Heeled Woman starring Sharon Gless, which will run at the Theater Artaud in San Francisco from Jan. 5-Feb. 7, 2010. Opening night is scheduled for Jan. 16 at 8 PM.

As part of its new season, AlterTheater Ensemble, an artist-driven company known for performing deeply intimate theater in downtown San Rafael storefronts, will produce its first play developed entirely from within, and starring Anne Darragh, Will Marchetti, Frances Lee McCain, and Michael Ray Wisely. This is also the first play the company is producing under an Equity contract.

Closing Aurora Theatre Company's 16th season is the Professional West Coast Premiere of Keith Bunin's new play 'The Busy World is Hushed' beginning June 13th.

While dripping in political comedy and appropriateness, Sam Shepard's 'The God of Hell,' now playing the Magic Theatre, offers a cold slap of reality a few years late.
