THE BOOK OF MORMON Returning to Kennedy Center for Limited Engagement in June

Back by popular demand, THE BOOK OF MORMON, which played a record breaking six week run in 2013, returns to the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. for a limited engagement from June 16 to August 16, 2015 in the Opera House. Single tickets will go on sale on March 16, 2015 at 10 a.m. Tickets will be available at the Kennedy Center box office (2700 F Street N.W., Washington, D.C.), by visiting www.kennedy-center.org, or by calling (202) 467-4600. Like a group of Jehovah's Witnesses on steroids, The Book of Mormon is currently playing at the Music Hall in Kansas City. The Broadway Across America satire musical with book, lyrics, and music by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez, and Matt Stone runs through March 8. The creators of South Park, Stone, and Parker with Lopez's music have created a musical religious comedy that makes Monty Python, Benny Hill, and Saturday Night Live look like dramatic pieces.

Producers Tom Kirdahy, Roy Furman, and Ken Davenport announced today that Tony Award winner Nathan Lane will return to the Broadway's biggest hit comedy It's Only a Play in the role of James Wicker on March 31, 2015 and will continue with the production through its scheduled closing date of June 7, 2015. Lane departed It's Only A Play on January 4, 2015 due to a previously scheduled commitment with the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) staging of The Iceman Cometh.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a day-of-show drawing for the Second National Tour, which returns to Chicago by popular demand for a limited engagement February 25 through May 17, 2015 at Broadway In Chicago's Bank of America Theatre (18 W Monroe). The production will conduct a pre-show drawing at the box office, making a limited number of tickets available at $25 each. THE BOOK OF MORMON holds the record for the largest weekly gross in the history of the Bank of America Theatre and played to over 100% capacity during its 2012-2013 engagement.

Producers Tom Kirdahy, Roy Furman, and Ken Davenport announced today that the smash hit Broadway comedy It's Only a Play, which opened on Broadway on October 9, 2014, has extended its run through Sunday, June 7, 2015. Originally announced as a limited engagement through January 4th, It's Only a Play was recently extended through March 29th at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street), where it will now play through June 7th. Tickets are now on sale for all performances.
