This week marks the return of Make Music New York, the free outdoor music festival celebrating the solstice and summer. Former Weekend Update anchor Amy Poehler will receive the 2013 Just for Laughs Comedy Person of the Year Award. The event, hosted by fellow SNL alum Seth Meyers will take place on July 24th.
