The new musical adaptation of ROCKY met the German press, including a mini-concert by the show's stars! The show will open this November in Hamburg under the direction of PETER AND THE STARCATCHER Tony nominee Alex Timbers.

TINY BUBBLES is a new comedy by Richard Willett (TRIPTYCH, THE FLID SHOW, RANDOM HARVEST), being given its New York premiere this summer, opening on Monday, July 16 at the Medicine Show Theatre (549 W. 52 St.) in Manhattan.

The Unicorn will present, as a season extra, the world premiere of THE SOUL COLLECTOR December 6-23, 2012.

Beck Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the extension of their regional premiere of the award-winning rock musical, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, through Sunday July 22, 2012 in the Studio Theater. Show times are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 7 p.m. Sundays. There are no Sunday matinee performances for this production. Tickets are now on sale.

San Jose Stage Company lands the regional premiere of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. The brash and irreverent rock musical, about the country we live in and the leaders we choose, uses a blend of comedy, rebellious theatricality and an emo rock score. Written by Alex Timbers with music and lyrics by Michael Friedman, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson runs now through July 29 and is directed by Rick Singleton. Williamstown Theatre Festival Artistic Director Jenny Gersten has announced today the full cast and creative teams for the first two productions of the 2012 season: The Importance of Being Earnest and the World Premiere of The Blue Deep. The Importance of Being Earnest will be presented on the Main Stage from June 26 through July 14 (opening June 28) and The Blue Deep will grace the Nikos Stage from June 27 through July 8 (opening June 28). Both casts arrived in Williamstown today for their first rehearsals on the bucolic Williams College campus in preparation for the runs of these exciting and unique productions at the Festival.
