Robert Mackintosh, St James Theatre and Hilary A Williams by arrangement with Cameron Mackintosh will present the Alex Parker production of PUTTING IT TOGETHER by Stephen Sondheim. First produced by Cameron Mackintosh in New York, with Julie Andrews over 20 years ago, the London premiere will be performed by a stellar, award-winning cast including: David Bedella, Daniel Crossley, Janie Dee, Damian Humbley and Caroline Sheen.

After the success of A Little Night Music in Concert, Alex Parker returns to the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre for one night with a concert that features the music of three of Broadway's greatest composers. Some of the musicals represented in the evening include La Cage Aux Folles, Hello Dolly, Mame, Dear World, Mack & Mabel, Funny Girl, Gypsy, Follies, Company, Sunday In The Park With George, Road Show and many more. The music of Broadway legendary composers Jule Styne, Jerry Herman and Stephen Sondheim is set for Sunday, 16th February 2014 at 7 p.m. in Guildford.

On Wednesday August 22, Group rep presented a special performance of their critically acclaimed production of Jon Robin Baitz' Paris Letter to an SRO audience. Baitz was in attendance and did a talk-back after the show. Below are photos from the evening! The Group Rep at the Lonny Chapman Theatre is hosting a Special Event Performance of Jon Robin Baitz' "The Paris Letter" and an after show Q & A with the celebrated playwright, on Wednesday, August 22, at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in the NoHo Arts District.
It's a pleasure to see an intelligently written play about sexual identity, one that shows how homosexuality has been affected by the American cultural climate over a 40 year period. But, when the piece goes beyond basic issues and delves deeply into raw human emotions, it comes up all the richer. In fact, Jon Robin Baitz' The Paris Letter with its breathtaking scope and poetic literary style may very well be categorized a new classic, and the current production is rendered so beautifully by a stellar cast and crew at Group rep through September 2.
