Next year marks the 125th anniversary of the birth of the 'Queen of Crime', Agatha Christie, and the 10th anniversary of the Agatha Christie Theatre Company. In April 2015, Sir Alan Parker's world famous stage musical Bugsy Malone, based on his acclaimed film, will re-open the Lyric Hammersmith following a multi-million pound redevelopment. The Lyric's Artistic Director Sean Holmes will bring to life the UK's first professional stage production of Bugsy Malone in over a decade.

EVITA has returned to L.A. by way of Hollywood Pantages for a limited three week engagement, now through November 10, 2013. Directed by Tony and Olivier Award-winner Michael Grandage and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Rob Ashford, this national touring production comes directly from the first new Broadway revival of the seven-time Tony Award-winning musical, since it debuted on Broadway over 30 years ago. The Blank Theatre has announced two benefit performances of Riding the Midnight Express, written and performed by Billy Hayes and directed byJohn Gould Rubin (with assistant director Zoe Aja Moore). All proceeds will benefit The Blank Theatre and its programs. The performances will take place on Mondays, August 5 and 12 at The Blank's 2nd Stage Theatre in Hollywood. The curtain will rise at 8pm for both shows.
