Performances will be Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, February 11, at 7:30 p.m., Friday, February 12, at 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday, February 16, at 7:30 p.m. Appearing in solo roles in the Sinfonia concertante will be Principal Oboe Liang Wang, Acting Principal Clarinet Mark Nuccio in his Philharmonic subscription solo debut, Principal Bassoon Judith LeClair, and Principal Horn Philip Myers.

Clive Gillinson, Executive and Artistic Director, today announced Carnegie Hall's 2010-2011 season, consisting of 180 performances and extensive educational programs, featuring collaborations with many of the world's greatest musicians and ensembles from the worlds of classical, pop, jazz, and world music, with concerts presented on Carnegie Hall's three stages and throughout New York City. The New York Philharmonic will inaugurate MUSICAL SUPPERS, four post-concert suppers featuring menus created by world renowned chefs Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Lidia Bastianich, and Daniel Boulud. The Friday-evening suppers, to be hosted by food critic Mimi Sheraton, will be prepared by Restaurant Associates and will take place at Arpeggio Food and Wine in Avery Fisher Hall on January 8, 2010 (Ducasse); February 12 (Vongerichten); April 16 (Bastianich); and June 4 (Boulud).
