TV: Watch Highlights of CABARET's New Sally Bowles- Emma Stone!

The Roundabout Theatre Company just welcomed Emma Stone in her Broadway debut as 'Sally Bowles'. She joins Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb's Tony-winning musical Cabaret starringAlan Cumming in his Tony Award-winning role as 'Emcee.' The production is again directed by Sam Mendes and co-directed/choreographed by Rob Marshall. Below, BroadwayWorld brings a first look at Stone onstage!

Yellow Sound Label Releases BD Wong's HERRINGBONE Today

YELLOW SOUND LABEL will release HERRINGBONE, the two-disc solo CD debut by Tony Award-winner BD WONG. The unique concert album marks the recording premiere of the marvelously spooky one-man Off-Broadway musical, which features book by Tom Cone, music by Skip Kennon and lyrics by Ellen Fitzhugh (based on the play by Tom Cone), with Wong playing twelve characters. It was recorded live at a special event at Dixon Place in New York City. The album - produced by Scott Lehrer with Emmy Award-winner and Grammy Award-nominee Michael Croiter (Matilda, Big Fish, Heathers) serving as executive producer and Dan Lipton as musical director and associate producer - will be available online and in stores today, December 2. HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA: Hume-Fogg's Shawn Sookram Has His Moment in the Spotlight

This week, the High School Drama spotlight falls upon the tremendously versatile Shawn Sookram from Hume-Fogg Academic High School. Having just completed a run in the school's fall production of The King and I, earlier in 2014 he gave a stunning performance as the Emcee in Cabaret.

WAR LESBIAN to Begin December 5 at Dixon Place

Dixon Place's new musical commission, WAR LESBIAN, will have its world premiere beginning December 5th. Featuring Erin Markey this original musical, with book by Kristine Haruna Lee, music by Kathryn Hathaway and a cast of ten is directed by Jordan Fein in collaboration with harunalee. WAR LESBIAN will play seven performances only - December 5th, 6th, 12th,13th, 19th, and 20th at 7:30PM, and December 20th at 10:00PM at Dixon Place (161 Christie Street).

Ben Rimalower's New Solo Show BAD WITH MONEY Extends Through 12/29 at The Duplex

BAD WITH MONEY - Ben Rimalower's new play about spending beyond his means - has announced another extension with five extra shows through the end of the year. The show was named a "Critic's Pick" from Time Out New York and called "courageously honest, keenly specific and emotionally naked" by The Advocate. There will extra performances on Monday nights at 7:00 PM from December 1 to 29,and continuing on Thursday nights at 9:30 PM through December 18. Ben's addiction has driven him to extreme lengths all his life. In BAD WITH MONEY he charts his sometimes hilarious, sometimes harrowing struggle to overcome his problem - or get rich trying. Written and performed by Ben Rimalower and directed by Aaron Mark, BAD WITH MONEY is being performed at The Duplex (61 Christopher Street at Seventh Avenue).

Photo Flash: Dan Mendeloff Celebrates 2,500th Show as Stage Right Props Person at CABARET!

Dan Mendeloff, Cabaret's stage right props person, celebrated his 2,500th show at Saturday's matinee. Dan worked on the show from the start in 1998 at the Kit Kat Club/Henry Miller, moved the show to Studio 54 in 1999 and stayed with it through the entire run. He has been working on the current revival since the beginning as well.

Hani Furstenberg to Succeed Gayle Rankin in CABARET on Broadway

Roundabout Theatre Company announces Hani Furstenberg will assume the role of "Fraulein Kost" on Monday, December 22. Original cast member Gayle Rankin will play her final performance as "Fraulein Kost" on Sunday, December 21. Cabaret is playing a limited engagement on Broadway through March 29, 2015 starring Alan Cumming as "Emcee" (through March 29) and Emma Stone as "Sally Bowles" (through February 1).
