Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of Cabaret by Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb, featuring three-time Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams for the first time on Broadway as Sally Bowles, and Alan Cumming, reprising his Tony Award-winning role as the Emcee, is currently in previews on Broadway. CABARET will play a 24-week limited engagement, with an official opening on April 24, 2014 at the newly transformed Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54. Bay Street Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the World Premiere of CONVICTION (May 27-June 15) by Carey Crim and directed by Scott Schwartz, Bay Street's new Artistic Director. Lance's March 31 evening at Birdland Jazz Club in New York featred Alan Cumming, Rachel Dratch, Stephen Wallem, Alice Ripley and more. He recently contributed a movement to Tyler's Suite, a choral song-cycle dedicated to Tyler Clementi, the 18-year-old Rutgers University student that took his life three years ago. The piece, which also includes contributions from Stephen Schwartz, Ann Hampton Callaway and Craig Carnelia, was premiered by the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus in March.
