Goldenson Broadway Concert Series at Rubicon Theatre Company continues with a concert starring Emmy Award-winner and multiple-Tony nominee NANCY DUSSAULT in MY LIFE…UPON THE WICKED STAGE. Perhaps best known to audiences as the first host of "Good Morning America," and for her co-starring role on TV on "Too Close for Comfort," Dussault's remarkable career began on the stage. Her concert includes anecdotes about Dussault's remarkable career and songs by many of her favorite composers, such as Richard Rodgers, Jule Styne, Burton Lane and Stephen Sondheim. Dussault's extraordinary musicality and comedic storytelling infuse new meaning into beloved classics such as "Getting Married Today," "Look to the Rainbow," "Old Friend" and her iconic "Make Someone Happy." Walnut Street Theatre's 2016-2017 Independence Studio on 3 season continues with one of Neil Simon's funniest plays, Last of the Red Hot Lovers. Philadelphia audiences will be the first to see this production before it becomes the seventh national tour of a Walnut Street Theatre production. Directed by Adam Immerwahr, Last of the Red Hot Lovers begins previews in Philadelphia on January 10th, opens January 12th and continues through February 5th. This production is part of a double feature of Simon's work at the Walnut, as Laughter on the 23rd Floor will begin performances the on the Mainstage on January 17th.

LUV is by Murray Schisgal, best known for writing the screenplay for Tootsie, and it first premiered on Broadway in 1964, directed by Mike Nichols and starring Alan Arkin, Eli Wallach, and Anne Jackson. It won a number of Tony awards and later in the run made a star of Gene Wilder.

Today, Buckland Theatre Company has announced casting for LUV, the company's second production at PARK90 at Park Theatre. Directed by Gary Condes, Nick Barber will play Milt, Elsie Bennett will play Ellen and Charles Dorfman will play Harry. Written by Murray Schisgal (best known for co-writing the screenplay for Tootsie), LUV premiered on Broadway in 1964 directed by Mike Nichols and was Tony nominated for Best Play and Best Author. LUV will play at PARK90 from 8 Decemberuntil 7 January with an official press night on 13 December.
