The 57th season of the Lake Worth Playhouse opened with the classic Rodgers & Hammerstein musical OKLAHOMA! (October 9-25, 2009). The next main stage production is Neil Simon's bittersweet comedy BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS (November 20 - December 13, 2009) followed by Broadway dance sensation SWING (January 22 - February 7, 2010), Agatha Christie's THE MOUSETRAP (March 5-21, 2010) and Andrew Lloyd Webber's JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT (April 16 - May 2, 2010).

A compelling story of forbidden love, loyalty, guilt and the corrupting power of greed, All My Sons stars David Suchet and Zoe Wanamaker and will be directed by Howard Davies.

As the curtain falls on another successful Lyceum Season, Artistic Director Quin Gresham and Managing Director Steve Bertani are thrilled to announce the 2010 Season schedule. Center Repertory Company?s Artistic Director Michael Butler unveiled the company's 43rd subscription season. Running from September 3, 2009 to June 26, 2010, the season will be expanding Center Rep?s programming to include eight productions to be performed in all three theatres of the Lesher Center for the Arts. From the suspense of Agatha Christie to the music of Elvis Presley, Center Rep?s 09-10 season will delight audiences while also featuring the works of Caryl Churchill, No?l Coward, Reduced Shakespeare Company, Michael Frayn and five-time Emmy Award nominee Harold Gould. Casting for the UK premiere includes Jackie Marks, who after three months in the original company of Les Miserables took over from Patti Lupone as Fantine, and recently returned to the show as Madame Thernadier.
