Through selections from her critically acclaimed Broadway performance inBubbling Brown Sugar, as well as from Three Mo' Divas, her concerts and international nightclub appearances, the two-time Tony Award nominee - who is the recipient of a Drama Desk Award, a Theatre World Award and an Outer Critics Circle Award, among others - pays tribute to the people who have had a profound effect on her career.
