Shakespeare's ROMEO & JULIET, which plays at Rubicon August 2nd through the 4th, is still as captivating as ever. The classic story invites us into a family feud that has raged through the streets of the Italian city of Verona for many years - so long, in fact, that the Montagues and Capulets can't even remember who started it! Amidst the turmoil, two star-crossed teens' search for love leads them to a tragic end, putting to rest the futile family conflict. ROMEO & JULIET is written by William Shakespeare and directed by Joseph Fuqua, with verse coaching from Jonathan Drahos. Check out a first look below!
