On the two-hour premiere episode of THE TASTE, the pressure is on when mentors Bourdain, Lawson, Lefebvre and Malarkey put dozens of professional chefs and home cooks through their first round of blind taste tests, where just a single spoonful will decide whether or not they make it past the audition phase and into the competition, airing Tuesday, January 22 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on The ABC Television Network.
