'Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story' Premieres July 2018 On Paramount Network

Paramount Network has teamed up with executive producer Shawn Carter for a landmark television event, “Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story,” based on the life and legacy of Trayvon Martin. The six-part non-scripted documentary series will be the definitive look at one of the most talked-about and controversial events in the last decade that spurred the impactful worldwide “Black Lives Matter” movement.

Paramount Network, launching in January 2018, has teamed up with Shawn Carter and The Weinstein Company, for a landmark television event, REST IN POWER: THE TRAYVON MARTIN STORY, based on the life and legacy of Trayvon Martin.

The award-winning series MetroFocus premieres new episodes in the New York and tri-state region weeknights at 5 p.m. on WLIW21, 5:30 p.m. on NJTV and 6 p.m. on THIRTEEN. All episodes are available at metrofocus.org following the broadcast.
